Abstract
A portable cooler container system is described. The cooler container system includes a container body having a payload chamber, a lid operable to access the payload chamber, and a phase change material between an outer surface of the container body and a portion of the payload chamber. The system may further include a conduit extending within the phase change material. The conduit may be in thermal communication with the phase change material and may contain a cooling fluid configured to receive heat from the phase change material. The container system may further include a pump connected to the conduit and a temperature control system that may include a heat sink configured to receive heat from the cooling fluid. The temperature control system may further include circuitry configured to control an operation of the pump.
