Abstract

A compressor unit includes a first spillback valve, an adjusting means that adjusts a processing amount of hydrogen gas by a succeeding compression stage, an upstream side temperature sensor, and a controller. The controller refers to suction temperature acquired by the upstream side temperature sensor, and can execute a first control and a second control, the first control being of controlling the first spillback valve so that suction temperature falls within a predetermined temperature range, and the second control being of controlling the adjusting means so that a processing amount of the succeeding compression stage is adjusted according to a change amount in pressure in an intermediate flow path caused by the first control. The predetermined temperature range is set to a range higher than reference temperature based on liquefaction temperature of air and less than 0° C.
