Abstract
The continuous culture of ayeast containing a nucleic acid construct which contains a translationally controlled tumor protein (TCTP) gene promoter derived from ayeast, and a polynucleotide fragment, and in which the polynucleotide fragment is artificially linked to the downstream of the promoter to be expressed under the control of the promoter, allows the polynucleotide fragment under the control of the promoter to be highly expressed.
