Abstract

Examples include a sheet-fed printing machine including a sheet simultaneous printing unit having two collect cylinders, which are arranged on top of and in contact with one another. The machine includes a simultaneous printing inspection device and a sheet transport means that defines a section of a transport path for sheets. The section includes an inspection region of the simultaneous printing inspection device. The simultaneous printing inspection device includes a sensor device arranged to be aligned with the inspection region and the detection width of which is at least 80% of the working width. A guide device of the sensor device defines a sensor adjustment path provided for movement of the sensor device and that extends from the simultaneous inspection position to a maintenance position of the sensor device, and that extends linearly and parallel to a transverse direction at least between the simultaneous inspection position and the maintenance position.
