Abstract
A display device includes a substrate, a pixel disposed on the substrate, a signal line including a line part electrically connected to the pixel and a pad part extending from an end of the line part and having a width greater than a width of the line part, a signal pad disposed on the pad part, and protruding portions disposed between the signal pad and the pad part and protruding upward. The protruding portions are spaced apart from each other and disposed in a substantially zigzag shape.
