Abstract

A method for securely routing a case dataset based on a tag including selecting the case dataset including case data and modifying a state associated with the case dataset from a first stage to a second stage. The method includes selecting a ruleset including a first rule and a second rule from a rule repository. The first rule includes a first rule criterion, a first rule outcome action, a first priority, and a first tag. The second rule includes a second rule criterion, a second rule outcome action, a second priority, and a second tag. The method includes determining the second criterion of the second rule is fulfilled. The method includes executing the second rule outcome action of the second rule. The method includes modifying the case data based on the second tag of the second rule. The method further includes executing a tag action based on the second tag.
