Abstract
A measurement configuration processing method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, measurement configuration information sent by a network-side, where the measurement configuration information includes a quantity configuration; and determining a target access technology corresponding to the quantity configuration and a target measurement index identifier corresponding to the target access technology; and performing at least one of the following: deleting stored report information corresponding to the target measurement index identifier, or stopping the running of a report timer corresponding to the target measurement index identifier.
