Abstract

Systems and methods for aggregating clinical trial data and performing optimized bulk lock, edit and freeze operations to clean the extracted data. A user interface is provided for access to a medical data management system to define one or more site criteria, one or more subject criteria, an event window based on clinical trial study schedule events or a calendar date range, one or more identified log forms for specified date references, and one or more identified criteria for ready states. Clinical trial source data fulfilling the defined criteria is extracted to form an aggregated clinical trial data snapshot. Data management operations for the extracted clinical trial source data that fulfills the defined site criteria, the defined subject criteria, the defined event window, the identified log forms for specified date references, and the identified criteria for ready states can be restricted and rescinded to clean the clinical trial data efficiently.
