Abstract
Techniques are described for performing automated operations involving determining data about a user and using the user-specific data along with additional generated prompt instructions as input to a trained large language model (LLM) to cause the LLM to select a group of dwelling-related information specific to the user from a plurality of types of dwelling-related information, and presenting the selected group of dwelling-related information to the user or otherwise using the information for the user. The group of dwelling-related information may include two or more content pieces that are each specific to a particular target dwelling available for acquisition and/or occupancy, and may further include one or more additional content pieces of at least one additional type of dwelling-related information that is not specific to any particular dwelling (e.g., each related to a respective real estate service or other related functionality or information).
