Abstract

A surgical catheter snap tool can include an elongated main body defining a longitudinal axis and having a front end, a back end, a top surface, first and second side surfaces, and a bottom surface. The elongated main body can include fiducial marker site(s) configured to host fiducial marker(s) at the top surface, a grip region at the first side surface, and a longitudinal groove oriented along the longitudinal axis at the bottom surface and extending from the front end to the back end. The longitudinal groove can be configured to snap onto and hold a surgical catheter therein. The tool can also include arm(s) extending laterally from the elongated main body that can have additional fiducial marker site(s). An overall system can include the surgical catheter snap tool, the fiducial markers, the surgical catheter, and/or a stylet slidably inserted within the surgical catheter.
