Abstract
A trigger point and roller therapy device for myofascial release of the psoas muscle area includes a base having a base plate and a pair of guide brackets defining grooves, and a single pair of wheeled brackets removably coupled to the base. The wheeled brackets are adjustable to adjust the lateral distance between the wheels. Each wheel rotates about a central axis parallel to the base plate, enabling a user to apply concentrated trigger point pressure to a target area of the psoas and roller therapy by urging the body forward and backward to treat nearby tissues while the base remains stationary on the floor.
