Abstract
Embodiments of the disclosure provide a method, electronic device, and storage medium for camera function page switching. A video editing page is started based on a selected first video. In response to a shooting trigger instruction for the video editing page, the video editing page is closed, and a video shooting page is started. A preview image is obtained based on the first video, and the preview image is displayed in the video shooting page, wherein the preview image includes at least one video frame generated based on the first video. A second video is collected through the camera unit after initialization of the camera unit is completed. The video editing page is jumped to, and a synthesized video is played through the video editing page, where the synthesized video is generated after processing the first video and the second video based on a target editing operation.
