Abstract
Network traffic between a source node and a destination node in a network fabric can be routed by using a routing table represented as a set of logical rings radiating from the destination node. The set of logical rings may include a neighboring ring containing neighbors of the destination node, a waypoint ring containing neighbors of network nodes in the neighboring ring, and one or more outer rings each containing neighbors of network nodes of an adjacent inner ring.
