Abstract
An information input support system includes a communication terminal operated by an operator and an information processing apparatus communicable with the communication terminal. The information processing apparatus includes circuitry to acquire information on the operator and activity information that includes information on an activity of the operator for a customer through a dialogue with the operator, determine needs of the customer based on the activity information, and transmit speech information to the communication terminal. The speech information includes the needs of the customer for display to the operator. The communication terminal includes another circuitry to output the speech information.
