Abstract
Conducting surveillance in an area includes a UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) with a camera flying over specific portions of the area and capturing specific visual data based on a flight plan that indicates specific portions of the area that the UAV flies over and specific visual data to be captured by the UAV. A user provides natural language input for a customizable security query corresponding to a targeted instruction or a specific question. Generative artificial intelligence (AI) is used to interpret the natural language input to reflect the instruction or question by modifying the specific portions of the area that the UAV flies over and/or the specific visual data to be captured by the UAV. The generative AI is used to analyze the visual data provided by the UAV to derive results of surveillance of the area that include a response to the customizable security query.
