Abstract
An image registration method, device, and orthopedic surgery navigation system based on image registration. The method comprises: generating an initial object posture of an object to be registered, and an initial front posture and an initial lateral posture of an X-ray machine; performing registration optimization for the initial object posture to generate a target object posture of the object to be registered; performing registration optimization for the initial lateral posture of the X-ray machine to generate a registered target lateral posture; and integrating the target object posture of the object to be registered, the target lateral posture of the X-ray machine, and the initial front posture of the X-ray machine into a registration optimization result. the method, device and system can optimize the object posture, and accurately register the lateral posture of the X-ray machine even is its position is inaccurate, improve the accuracy and usability of the registration method.
