Abstract

Embodiments of this specification disclose a method and an apparatus for identity authentication, a storage medium, and an electronic device. User identity information input by a target user is obtained and sent to a first network device, so that the first network device generates authentication token information corresponding to the target user, where the first user equipment does not support NFC; the authentication token information returned by the first network device is received, so that second user equipment performs NFC authentication on a target document of the target user based on the authentication token information; and an authentication result query request is sent to the first network device, so that the first network device obtains authentication result information, and determines, whether identity authentication of the target user is successful.
