Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a steam generator () comprising a storage container (), a filling pump, a steam boiler unit, an applicator and a housing (). In this case, the housing () comprises a tank () with a receiving space and a cover (), wherein the steam boiler unit is inserted into the tank () in a lower region of the receiving space and wherein the storage container () is inserted into the tank () in a central region of the receiving space above the steam boiler unit.
