Abstract
A fan blade and a fan are provided. The fan blade includes a hub and a plurality of blades. Each blade includes a blade root and a blade tail. The blade tail is twisted relative to the blade root. The blade roots of the plurality of blades are connected to the hub. By twisting the blade tail relative to the blade root, a twisted part plays a role in converging incoming air, so that air blown out of the fan blade is more concentrated, an air blowing effect is enhanced, and a user experience is enhanced.
