Abstract
A hyperbranched crosslinker includes a base polymer including a hyperbranched polyethyleneimine, at least one oxiranylalkanol branch including at least one oxiranylalkanol monomer unit derived from oxiranylalkanol and bonded to the base polymer, and at least one amide-containing branch including a monomer unit derived from an acid anhydride and bonded to the base polymer. A method for producing a hyperbranched crosslinker includes reacting a base polymer including hyperbranched polyethyleneimine with an acid anhydride to produce an acid anhydride-modified base polymer including the base polymer and at least one amide-containing branch, and reacting the acid anhydride-modified base polymer with oxiranylalkanol to produce the hyperbranched crosslinker.
