Abstract

The present disclosure is to provide a gas permeable hot-melt sealing film for healthcare packaging. The gas permeable hot-melt sealing film includes an polyolefin spunbondeded nonwoven fabric substrate; and a water-based hot-melt adhesive coating layer coated on the substrate including voids, wherein the coating amount of the water-based hot-melt adhesive is in the range of 6 g/mto 35 g/mand the surface void ratio thereof is in the range 0.5% to 6.0%. The gas permeable hot-melt sealing coating film of the present disclosure has sufficient gas permeability, and satisfied seal strength and peelability after sealing around with flexible sheet or blister container.
