Abstract
A charging system for charging a power battery of a vehicle includes a battery apparatus configured to store energy and charge the power battery by releasing energy; a charging connector configured to connect to the vehicle so as to charge the power battery via the charging connector; and a thermal management system, including a first heat exchange flow path, a second heat exchange flow path, and a first switching mechanism. The first heat exchange flow path includes a first heat exchanger configured to exchange heat with the battery apparatus. The second heat exchange flow path includes a second heat exchanger configured to exchange heat with the charging connector. The second heat exchange flow path is connected to the first heat exchange flow path via the first switching mechanism.
