Abstract

Provided is a surface-treated galvanized steel sheet that has excellent delayed fracture resistance and that can be manufactured at low cost. The surface-treated galvanized steel sheet includes a steel sheet having a tensile strength of 1180 MPa or more, a galvanized layer, and a coating, where the coating contains an additive in an amount of 10 mass % or more and 50 mass % or less in terms of solid content. The additive is at least one selected from the group consisting of a salt of an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having 2 to 8 carbon atoms and an alkylamine having 6 to 18 carbon atoms; a salt of an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having 2 to 8 carbon atoms and a cycloalkylamine having 6 to 18 carbon atoms; and a salt of an aromatic monocarboxylic acid having 7 to 12 carbon atoms and an alkylamine having 6 to 18 carbon atoms.
