A method of establishing a communication channel includes receiving sensor data characterizing measurements associated with a target object. The method includes determining, based on the sensor data, an objective from a plurality of predefined objectives for monitoring the target object. The method includes computing, based on the determined objective, a communication channel associated with the target object. The method includes providing the communication channel.
