Abstract
The devices, systems, and methods discussed herein involve abase station (e.g., gNB) that employs a broadcast technology such as the Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) to relay hidden-node information to the neighboring UE devices. In some examples, a base station receives at least one report based on data acquired by at least one non-communication sensor of a user equipment (UE) device. Based on the at least one report, the base station transmits a message to another UE device that results in the other UE device refraining from using communication resources that will interfere with transmissions by other UE devices.
