Abstract
The embodiments described herein relate to systems and methods for using or leveraging genetic profile data (e.g., 'genetic data') for an individual as an aspect of providing recommendations (e.g., automotive purchase recommendations) for that individual. Such genetic profile data may be directly determined, such as via a gene panel or biochemical assay performed on a sample obtained for the individual in question, or indirectly determined, such as via a gene panel or biochemical assay performed on samples obtained for one or more relatives (e.g., parents, grandparents, siblings, offspring, cousins, and so forth) of the individual in question.
