Abstract
Embodiments of the following disclosure provide a system and method for analyzing a retail space allocation including analyzing a space elasticity for a retail entity having a product display area, the product display area having products and product facings arranged in a first display configuration, generating a space allocation recommendation based on the analyzed space elasticity, generating a placement recommendation based on the generated space allocation recommendation, and rearranges the products and product facings into a second display configuration, based on the generated space allocation recommendation and the generated placement recommendation.
