Abstract
A method for processing an online spreadsheet and a device are provided. The method includes: acquiring, in response to an editing operation triggered by a user for the online spreadsheet display on a client terminal and received by the client terminal, an editing area corresponding to the editing operation by the client terminal, wherein the editing area includes a plurality of cells; acquiring editing data corresponding to the plurality of cells by the client terminal, wherein the editing data includes attribute values respectively edited for each cell of the plurality of cells; obtaining a message body according to the editing data; and sending the message body to a server by the client terminal.
