Abstract
A quantum dot according to one or more embodiments includes: a core; a shell around the core; and a first passivation layer and a second passivation layer around the shell, wherein the first passivation layer includes a metal oxide, the second passivation layer includes a compound represented by K'(OA′), and K′ is one selected from among In, Zn, Ga, Mg, while n is 2 or 3. A′ is selected from among Ac, H, i-Pr (isopropyl), and Bu (butyl).
