Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a positioning system for an additive manufacturing system, in particular for a 3D printer, the positioning system being a positioning system for positioning a print head, wherein the positioning system allows movements in several degrees of freedom and the positioning system is of two-part design such that a part of the degrees of freedom is made possible by a first part of the positioning system and a further part is made possible by a second part of the positioning system. The present disclosure further relates to an additive manufacturing system, in particular a 3D printer, comprising at least one positioning system.
