Abstract
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an information determination method and apparatus, and a storage medium, the method including on the basis of network side device indication information or a predefined rule, determining a frequency hopping mode used in a Msg3 physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission and/or a redundancy version (RV) used in Msg3 PUSCH repetition, and a terminal has enabled the Msg3 PUSCH repetition and the frequency domain frequency hopping function. The embodiments of the present disclosure solve the problem in the prior art in which the means of transmission can limit the transmission performance of a Msg3 PUSCH.
