Abstract
Cover-side terminals of a motor cover are electrically press-fitted over and fixed to motor terminals of a motor case at a first position which is separate from a base portion by a first length in an extending direction of the motor terminals. A fixing portion of the motor cover is press-fitted over and fixed to a protruding portion at a second position which is separate from the base portion by a second length which is different from the first length in the extending direction of the motor terminals.
