Abstract
Provided are a receive cable and a medical image diagnostic system capable of reducing the burden on imaging staff. A receive cable includes: a coaxial cable; a tubular shield conductor accommodating the coaxial cable and having at least one non-conductive cutout portion at an intermediate portion in the axis ξ direction; and a tubular conductor overlapping with the cutout portion and a part of each of two shield conductors located on both sides of the cutout portion, and is disposed with respect to the shield conductor via a gap portion in the diameter A direction of the shield conductor.
