Abstract

A banknote processing apparatus includes a body in which a banknote is stored, a main frame that moves forward or rearward between a first position located on an upper side of the body and a second position spaced forward from the upper side of the body, a lower transport module that vertically rotates at one end of the main frame between a horizontal state and a downwardly inclined state, a first locking member that regulates the rotation of the lower transport module, a link member having a predetermined length on the main frame in a front-rear direction and moving forward or rearward within a predetermined gap range, a rotation member that rotates in conjunction with the forward or rearward movement of the link member, and a second locking member that locks the link member in a state in which the lower transport module has rotated downward and unlocks the link member in a state in which the lower transport module has rotated upward.
