Abstract

A method and system for managing and providing emergency access to one or more secured resources. The embodiments provide a system that authenticates users of an ATM kiosk after the input an access code. The authentication is performed by capture of biometric data and a member-specific passcode. In one example, the biometric data is compared to a reference biometric pattern. Where the system determines the biometric patterns match, a signal approving the request is transmitted from the system to the kiosk, causing the kiosk to release cash funds, a credit card, or a SIM card.
