Abstract

A method includes obtaining, via an audio sensor, audible signal data representing an utterance uttered in a physical environment of a device. The method includes generating a text representation of the audible signal data. The method includes displaying, on a display, within a messaging interface, the text representation as a message with a visual characteristic that is based on a visual appearance of a portion of the physical environment.
