Abstract
Convenience in deterioration diagnosis of servo system is enhanced. A diagnosis parameter used for the deterioration diagnosis includes at least one of a control value used for controlling servo system, a detection value output from sensor that detects a state of servo system, and a generation value generated from the control value or the detection value. Data processing system includes acquisition part, reliability determination part, and a reliability output part (output part). Acquisition part acquires the diagnostic parameter. Reliability determination part gives information regarding reliability of the diagnostic parameter to the diagnostic parameter. The reliability output part outputs the information regarding the reliability to a presentation device (display device) in association with the diagnostic parameter.
