Abstract
Described is a control module for a vehicle. The control module includes a front face having an outer layer which includes a pictogram, a control member, and a flexible printed circuit board fixed to an inner plate of the front face. The flexible printed circuit board includes a capacitive antenna for detecting the approach of an object. The pictogram faces the antenna. The printed circuit board incorporates a light-emitting diode for backlighting the pictogram. The diode is top-emitting and is placed on an end portion of the printed circuit board, and the end portion is fastened to a part of the front face that is perpendicular to a part of the front face that includes the pictogram. The module includes a reflector facing the pictogram, so that most of a light beam emitted by the diode is reflected by the reflector toward the pictogram.
