An HVAC unit including: a case defining a first aperture, a second aperture, a third aperture, and an outlet aperture, a first door rotatably attached to the case, a second door, rotatably attached to the case, and a third door rotatably attached to the case, with the first door being arranged to partially allow the exterior airflow in its closed position.
