Abstract
The present disclosure relates to nanoparticles and the uses thereof in medicine, in particular in a method for treating cancer in a patient comprising in vivo capturing copper and/or iron in the patient by administering an effective amount of a colloidal solution of nanoparticles to said patient, and wherein the colloidal solution of nanoparticles is administered by intravenous, intratumoral or intrapulmonary injection, and wherein the nanoparticles have the following formula: [Ch1]—PS—[Ch2], as described in the description.
