Abstract
Provided is a display substrate. The display substrate includes a silicon-based substrate and pixel units arranged on the silicon-based substrate; the silicon-based substrate includes a first trap and a second trap arranged in a first direction; a first deep trap is included between the silicon-based substrate and the second trap; the first deep trap surrounds the second trap; the silicon-based substrate is provided with a first conductive layer; the first conductive layer includes a first source of the first thin film transistor and a first adapter electrode; the first source is connected to a source contact region of the first active layer through a first connecting via hole; the first adapter electrode is connected to a second trap contact region of the second trap through a second connecting via hole; and the first source is electrically connected to the first adapter electrode.
