Abstract

A system and method for optimizing data transmission across distributed networks using Virtual Finishing Timing (VFT) and Weighted Fair Queueing (WFQ). VFT assigns a virtual completion time to each data packet based on factors such as packet size, priority, and network load, creating an adaptive and predictive scheduling framework. WFQ complements VFT by managing separate queues for different traffic classes, ensuring proportional resource allocation and prioritization of high-criticality packets. The system dynamically recalibrates VFTs and schedules in response to changing network conditions, maintaining optimal performance in real-time environments. By transmitting packets with the smallest VFT first, the system minimizes delays, reduces packet loss, and optimizes bandwidth utilization. The modular architecture supports scalability and integration with existing infrastructures, while advanced monitoring components ensure reliability and adaptability. This invention provides a robust solution for efficient, fair, and reliable data transmission in diverse and dynamic network environments.
