Abstract
Systems and methods for optimal path selection are described. In an illustrative, non-limiting embodiment, an Information Handling System (IHS) may include a controller that instantiates an orchestrator, and multiple devices coupled to the controller in which each device instantiates a node. The IHS also includes computer-executable instructions that, upon execution by the processor, cause a processor to identify a plurality of communication links between the nodes, wherein the communication links cause at least one of the nodes to have multiple paths to the orchestrator, determine a best path to the controller for the at least one node, and communicate with the at least one node using the best path.
