Abstract
An expansion valve coil structure, a method for preparing an expansion valve coil structure and an expansion valve are provided. The expansion valve coil structure includes a stator housing and an electromagnetic pole plate, the stator housing and the electromagnetic pole plate are disposed opposite to each other. The stator housing and the electromagnetic pole plate are both provided with a plurality of processed exposed surfaces. A surface of the stator housing and a surface of the electromagnetic pole plate are covered with a first antirust layer. Each of the plurality of processed exposed surfaces is covered with a second antirust layer The expansion valve includes the expansion valve coil structure.
