Abstract
A communication method, apparatus and computer readable storage medium that improves device performance in a wireless communication system. The device performance is improved by: a terminal device receiving broadcast system information; and the terminal device acquiring availability information of a specific reference signal from the system information according to an availability indication based on physical layer signaling, where the availability indication based on physical layer signaling refers to the terminal device acquiring the availability information by means of physical layer signaling.
