Abstract
A positive-electrode material includes a positive-electrode active material and a coating layer coating at least partially the surface of the positive-electrode active material and containing a first solid electrolyte. The first solid electrolyte is represented by Composition formula (1): LiM1X1. . . Formula (1) where, in Composition formula (1), α1, β1, and γ1 are each independently a positive real number, M1 includes calcium, yttrium, and at least one rare-earth element other than yttrium, and X1 includes at least one selected from the group consisting of F, Cl, Br, and I.
