Abstract
A bulkhead panel clamp for a tonneau cover assembly is provided. The bulkhead panel clamp includes a clamp, a flange, and a tab. The clamp body with a hook is located at one end of the clamp body. The flange is located adjacent to and extends in an opposite direction of the hook. The tab is located on the clamp body spaced apart from the hook. The tab also extends away from the clamp body that is in a direction opposite from the flange. The hook is configured to engage a rail and the clamp body is configured to be supported by a bulkhead panel portion of the tonneau cover assembly when the bulkhead panel clamp is in an unclamped position.
