Abstract
The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising one or more cannabinoids, wherein one of the cannabinoids is a compound having a structure represented by Formula II: The present invention also provides a method for treating a subject afflicted with an estrogen receptor-related diseases comprising administering to the subject the pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of Formula II. The present invention further provides a combination therapy comprising one or more cannabinoids, wherein one of the cannabinoids is the compound of Formula II, and an estrogen receptor activation inhibitor and use thereof in sensitizing subjects that are resistant to treatment with the estrogen receptor activation inhibitor alone.
