Provided are compounds useful in OLED application that have a structure of Formula I where: Gis a donor group and Gis an acceptor group; Land Lare each independently an organic linker or a direct bond; Gis a non-conjugated moiety; m is an integer of at least 1; n is an integer of at least 1; and when m, n are more than 1, each G, G, L, Lcan be same or different.
