Abstract
A display panel and a display apparatus. The display panel includes a backplane and light-emitting devices. The backplane includes: a base substrate; pixel driving circuits; a first insulating layer; conductive portions, wherein each of the conductive portions is connected to a corresponding pixel driving circuit via a first connector penetrating through the first insulating layer; and a second insulating layer located on the side of the first insulating layer and the conductive portions away from the base substrate. The light-emitting devices are located on the side of the second insulating layer away from the base substrate, wherein an anode of at least one of the light-emitting devices is connected to a corresponding conductive portion via second connectors penetrating through the second insulating layer.
